DD Security Mobile App — a workforce app for DD Security personnel.

1. Acceptance

By logging into and using the DD Security mobile app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• The App is provided only to personnel employed or engaged by DD Security (guards, supervisors, staff). There is no public registration; accounts are issued by DD Security.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify DD Security immediately of any unauthorized use.
• You must be 18 or older to use the App.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use the App only for your legitimate work duties.
• Provide accurate attendance, location, and incident information.
• Not falsify check-ins, spoof or fake your GPS location, submit false incident reports, or upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend.

Misuse — including attendance fraud or GPS spoofing — may lead to suspension of access and disciplinary or legal action.

4. Location & attendance

The App records your GPS location and a photo at check-in/out, and your location while you are on an active shift (including when the App is in the background), to verify attendance and support security operations. Background location collection stops when you check out. You consent to this collection for these purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Content you submit

You are responsible for the incident reports, photos, and other content you submit. You grant DD Security the right to store and use that content for security operations, records, and legal compliance. Do not submit content you have no right to share.

6. Company data & confidentiality

Rosters, site information, emergency contacts, incident data, and other information in the App are confidential property of DD Security and its clients. You must not copy, share, or disclose them outside your authorized duties, during or after your engagement.

7. Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Account suspension & termination

DD Security may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including when your employment/engagement ends or these Terms are breached. You may delete your account in-app (see the Privacy Policy); certain employment records are retained as required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DD Security is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Third-party services

The App uses Google Firebase for push notifications and is hosted on Odoo.sh. Your use may also be subject to your device platform's terms (Google Play).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after the new effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified in the App.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
